Following assessment of the child's speech,language and communication, if Louise and the parents feel it to be appropriate,
treatment can follow. This is developed in collaboration with the child and the parents. Louise is happy to liaise with teachers about
setting up communication programmes within school if desired.

Louise uses a modified approach of Lis'n Tell for individual children, always taking into account the interests of the child and the priorities of the parents/school where possible.
Additional trainings undertaken by Louise:
- Certificate in Stage 1 of British Sign Language BSL.
- The introductory training to Sensory Integration, SI,run by the SI Network
- Intensive Interaction with Dave Hewitt
- The Picture Exchange Communication System PECS
- Makaton
